CPR FRIENDS AND FAMILY:
American Heart Association approved CPR training for Adults, Infants and children on life saving CPR and choking. Taught by a certified AHA CPR instructor. This class is for family, grandparents, nannies, friends and anyone who wants to know what to do in an emergency. This is a 2 hour class. If you need proof of certification because you require CPR certification for your job, etc. this is NOT the class.

BREASTFEEDING 101:
This class will give you guidance on what supplies you may need, what to expect with your milk supply, how to be successful at breastfeeding and more. You don't want to miss this very informative session!
